Kelli Adams has been with GW & Wade since 2005. Kelli brings her expertise in tax, investment and retirement planning to her clients. Kelli also serves as a co-lead in GW & Wade’s Women and Wealth program.
Prior to GW & Wade, Kelli specialized in taxation and investments at State Street Corporation. She currently provides tax, investment and retirement advice to executives, retirees, entrepreneurs and young professionals.
Based in Reston, and serving clients from our Palo Alto, Wellesley and Reston offices, Ryan Bartholomew has been with GW & Wade since 2010. Ryan brings expertise in investment management, tax planning and financial counseling to his clients.
Prior to GW & Wade, Ryan specialized in estate and income tax planning, tax preparation and estate administration at a Wellesley, MA law firm.
William Battaglia is the Associate VP of Client Development working in the Wellesley office. Bill is responsible for spearheading GW & Wade’s “young investor” campaign, offered to young professionals as new clients to the firm. He will be introducing GW & Wade’s financial equity compensation, tax planning services, and investment strategy platform to those in professional services.
Prior to GW & Wade, Bill spent three years as the assistant basketball coach for Wesleyan University (CT) while pursuing his master’s degree. He served as the national recruiting coordinator & organized various fundraising efforts for the program through the alumni network.

Rob Bodio has been with GW & Wade since 1996. Rob brings expertise in tax, investment and estate planning to his clients.
Prior to GW & Wade, Rob specialized in taxation, real estate transactions, estate planning and estate administration at a Worcester, MA law firm. He currently provides tax and investment advice to pre-IPO executives, venture capital professionals and executives from more established companies. He was made a Principal of the firm in 2004.
David Brodsky joined GW & Wade in 2000 specializing in tax and estate planning, financial counseling and investment management.
Prior to joining GW & Wade, David was a Tax Specialist in the Boston office of KPMG LLP.
Carol joined GW & Wade in 1997 and currently shares her expertise as an Associate Counselor. Carol also serves as the Director of Human Resources and is involved in the management of day to day operations of the firm. Carol is also a member of the firm's Women & Wealth program.
Bryan Ciborowski is a VP of Client Development working in GW & Wade’s Wellesley office. Bryan is responsible for introducing and presenting GW & Wade’s full service offering to individuals, families and corporations.
Prior to GW & Wade, Bryan held various sales consulting and management positions within the world’s third largest asset manager, State Street Global Advisors. As Head of Internal Sales for the Private Wealth Division, he was responsible for managing a team working with some of the nation’s top wealth management firms in implementing best practices in investment selection, portfolio construction, and practice management.

James Da Silva is a GW & Wade Principal and SVP of Client Development working in the Wellesley office. Jim is responsible for introducing and presenting GW & Wade’s financial, equity compensation and tax planning services and investment management platform to those working within professional services, senior executives of public companies and clients working at venture backed and private firms, from early stage financing to their eventual transaction, be it sale or acquisition.
Prior to GW & Wade, Jim was a Vice President at Brookwood Securities, an affiliate of Brookwood Financial Partners. There he was responsible for raising equity capital from a high net worth clientele, family offices and select institutions to be placed in commercial real estate and corporate private equity projects throughout the US.
Before joining Brookwood, Jim was a trader within the semiconductor distribution industry working with independent distributors and middle market contract manufacturers, with an emphasis on the Scandinavian market. Prior to this work, Jim designed and operated a geochemical exploration database for Lundin Mining (North Atlantic Natural Resources), a gold and base metal exploration firm in Uppsala, Sweden, after graduating from Salem State College with a degree in geological sciences.

Christopher Dolan joined GW & Wade as Director of Broker/Dealer Operations in 1995.
Based in Palo Alto, CA, Rob Emens began his career with GW & Wade in 1997 specializing in investment management, financial counseling and tax planning.
Prior to joining GW & Wade, Rob worked at a Boston-area firm providing tax, estate and financial services to high net worth individuals.
Laurie has been working in GW & Wade’s Client Development department since 2005. Based in our Wellesley office, Laurie’s responsibilities include spearheading GW & Wade’s Women and Wealth program, new client development, marketing communications and partnerships nationwide, client loyalty and retention, and managing all company events and community involvement.
Prior to GW & Wade, Laurie held several positions in the financial services industry at Keystone Investments and State Street Research & Management. She has also worked in sales and marketing performing new product development and implementation, and identifying and managing key business alliances at companies such as IBM and several software technology companies.
Phil Jameson has been with GW & Wade since 1988. Phil advises clients in Boston and across the country, specializing in investment management and income and estate tax planning.
Prior to joining GW & Wade, Phil was a financial analyst with Boston Edison and an auditor with Coopers and Lybrand.
Based in Palo Alto, CA, Steve Keirn joined GW & Wade in 2004 after ten years as an in-house counsel in the telecommunications industry, advising executives and managers in both established companies and "start-up" environments. This experience gives Steve unique insight into the business-related financial issues of GW & Wade’s clients, including matters related to equity, deferred compensation, and benefits schemes, professional transitions, and the personal impact of various corporate transactions. He provides a range of investment, tax, and estate planning advice geared toward developing pragmatic, comprehensive financial plans for clients and their families.
John has been with GW & Wade since 2011. John brings expertise in investment management, tax planning and preparation, and financial counseling.
Prior to GW & Wade, John specialized in taxation and estate planning at a tax and estate planning firm. He is also a member of the firm’s investment committee.
Heather Mahoney is a GW & Wade Principal, Vice President of Operations and General Counsel. Heather is responsible for overseeing the firm’s legal and regulatory responsibilities as well as strategic initiatives related to the firm’s continuing growth. In addition, Heather Co-Chairs our Investment Committee. Heather is also a member of the firm's Women & Wealth program.
Heather has been working in the financial services industry for more than 15 years. Prior to joining GW & Wade, Heather served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC, where she worked cross-functionally to solve complex business problems, interface with the board of the directors, and execute on other matters of firm wide importance. Before that role, Heather led the firm’s product development effort, focusing on bringing investment funds to market, and also served as legal counsel for 9 years.
Heather’s legal practice focused on matters related to the firm’s institutional investor client-base, in addition to regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters. Heather began her career in financial services in the legal department of Wellington Management LLP.
Barry Morgan joined GW & Wade in 2009 after 6 years working at a boutique financial and estate planning law firm. He works with many types of clients including corporate executives, technology entrepreneurs, retirees, and young families. Barry’s expertise covers a broad range of topics including investment management, tax planning, estate planning, executive benefit strategies, retirement planning, and individual planning issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.
John Murray joined GW & Wade in 1999 specializing in investment management, financial counseling and tax planning for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families. John has over twenty years of investment, tax, and financial services experience.
Darren Norton has been with GW & Wade since 2002. Darren is also Co-Chair of the firm's Investment Committee. Darren formerly practiced law as an estate planning and probate litigation attorney at a Plymouth, Massachusetts law firm. He began his financial counseling career in 1996, providing tax and financial counseling services for corporate executives.
Tim Pinch has been a Principal with GW & Wade since 1987. Tim specializes in tax and retirement planning.
Prior to GW & Wade, Tim was an attorney with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Corps, and also advised retired naval officers on tax and retirement planning.
Gerry Polcari joined GW & Wade in 1996. Prior to joining GW & Wade, Gerry was a Tax Consultant in the Boston office of Price Waterhouse. Gerry went on to establish his own tax and financial counseling practice, providing tax and investment services for individuals and corporate clients.
Eric Rosenberg has been with GW & Wade since 1996 specializing in tax, financial counseling and investment management.
Prior to joining GW & Wade, Eric was a civil litigator with an emphasis on estate-related litigation and structuring settlements for a Cambridge, MA law firm.
Matthew Ryan has worked at GW & Wade for over 22 years, providing tax and investment counseling to individuals and small businesses.
Prior to rejoining the firm in 2005, he served as Vice President at Fidelity Investments, Regional Director for Diversified Investment Advisors, and as Senior Business Manager for Financial Engines, Inc.
Adam Silvey has been with GW & Wade since 2012, specializing in tax planning, investment management, and financial counseling. He is also a member of the firm’s investment committee.
Based in Palo Alto, California, Gene is the GW & Wade Principal in charge of Client Development for California and the West. Gene works with individuals, families and corporations to deliver GW & Wade's Wealth Management Services.
During his long career in financial services, Gene worked with both regional and national brokerage firms. He also co-founded a successful independent investment advisory firm and a successful, venture-backed start-up that revolutionized money management platforms for independent broker-dealers, banks and investment advisory companies.

Matt joined GW & Wade as Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel in 2018. As CCO and Counsel, Matt is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance for the organization and assisting General Counsel with legal matters.
Matt comes to GW & Wade with 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining GW & Wade, Matt was Assistant Vice President of Business Controls for State Street Global Advisors' Institutional Client Group, where he served as a member of the firm's Global Compliance Committee and drafted firm policies, procedures and controls. Before that role, Matt worked as a Compliance Director for Brighton House Associates where he led Compliance efforts for a Private Equity and Hedge Fund Placement Agent. Matt began his career as a Trader and Regional Compliance Officer for Investors Capital Corporation, a dually registered SEC Investment Adviser and FINRA broker dealer, where he supervised registered branches across the U.S.
Roger Wade is a Principal and Co-Founder of GW & Wade. Roger has specialized in tax and financial counseling services since 1984, helping senior corporate executives, private business owners and other professionals achieve their financial goals.
Meg Welborn joined GW & Wade in 2009 specializing in tax and estate planning, financial counseling and investment management as well as serving as a co-lead in GW & Wade’s Women and Wealth program.
Prior to joining GW & Wade, Meg was a corporate attorney at Charles Schwab in San Francisco and a senior tax associate at PwC (Coopers Lybrand).
Based in Palo Alto, Justin Wiles has been with GW & Wade since 2015, specializing in investment management, financial counseling and tax planning. He currently provides tax, investment, estate planning and retirement advice to a wide range of clients including startup professionals, executives of more established firms and retirees.
Prior to joining GW & Wade, Justin specialized in individual and partnership tax at a San Francisco accounting firm.
