Our Services > Wealth Management Program > Investment Management

Once our counselors have developed a financial blueprint with their clients, they move into our investment management process:
- Identify objectives and asset allocation
We help clients develop short-term and long-term goals for their investments, whether that is education funding, retirement planning or other objectives. This helps clients understand the risks and rewards of different asset allocations. We use a proprietary process to establish the optimal asset allocation for each client and for each portfolio.
- Implementation
With the appropriate asset allocation in place, we deploy the best-available asset managers. As an independent advisor, we utilize a variety of investment vehicles: mutual funds, separately managed accounts, index funds, and exchange-traded funds. We neither offer nor sell any proprietary products.
Our investment committee regularly screens and monitors the best money managers in each asset class. There is no bias in manager selection, nor any incentives to favor one manager over another. Our objectivity ensures that your portfolios will be served by "best-in-class" money managers.
- Monitor Performance
We provide ongoing monitoring of your plan, which includes portfolio rebalancing and portfolio tax planning. Managers are measured against their peers and against suitable benchmarks. We are pro-active in replacing managers who fail to perform well when compared to their peers and benchmarks.
Is there an investment minimum?
Although we are often asked about "minimum accounts," we purposely have no stated minimums: we welcome inquiries at any level. Typically, clients have investment accounts ranging from $500,000 to $15 million. The net worth of our Premier Service clients range from $10 million to $300 million.
